Channeled Material and Addition to my 2012 POD

You may be ‘challenged' by the concept of channeling; I know at first I was as well.  Once I accepted that these messages come to us for a reason, through the filter of our human minds, to ‘enlighten' us about matters which need to be addressed and seem to be ‘best' given through this artifice of a so-called channel. 

What is a Channel? Much like a station on your TV, a person becomes a channel by being a conduit for specific information from an ‘external' source. Sometimes that source identifies itself (or themselves) as a particular name; however, this is not always the case. Each of us has the potential to channel information in this manner; it depends on your intention to do so. You could be channeling information anytime you open your mouth or write it down. Sometimes you will be able to recognize that this is channeled information, at other times, it will simply seem that unquantifiable "difference" from what the individual presenting the communication would otherwise say.

My first awareness of this phenomenon was in the form of the Seth Material (http://www.sethlearningcenter.org/), as channeled by Jane Roberts back in the 1960s and 70s. These volumes of information provided challenging material for a public who was just beginning the process of ‘waking up' to spiritual evolution. If you've never read this material, I highly recommend that you begin with "The Nature of Reality". I still pick this book up and read passages from it; it's as relevant as ever today...perhaps I'll share some passages from it in this thread.  In the 1990s, Neale Donald Walsh (http://www.nealedonaldwalsch.com/) wrote "Conversations with God", which could be called a form of channeling.  Others would call this a form of automatic writing, but however you frame it, even the author himself is clearly challenged by the material he brought forth during the question-and-answer sessions he ‘had' with ‘God'.  More recently, a woman by the name of Esther Hicks began channeling a non-physical group of entities who, collectively, call themselves "Abraham".  Some of you may have heard of this "Abraham-Hicks" material since it was recently featured in two metaphysical movies, "The Secret" and "What the Bleep Do We Know!" Both movies reference one of this material's central concept called "The Law of Attraction" which is, naturally, a very attractive (pun-intended) concept that tells us how we can manifest ‘what we want'.  [Spoiler: we don't ALREADY have what we want mostly because we're pushing it away from us by the very fact that we attract those experiences to us which we EXPECT, not necessarily what we WANT.]

In the course of writing for my own book, which is about 2012 prophesies, I created a character by the name of Kailley. This little girl is introduced to the read when she begins to spontaneously channel a group of non-physical entities who call themselves the "Lorkesh Continuum". Since I started this POD based on this material, I refer to any material from this group as "Kailley's Sayings", which I plan on ‘publishing' as a stand-alone volume as a companion-piece to the main ‘book'.  I put these in quotes because, as yet, I'm not sure how this material will be published...what ‘form' they were take.  Most likely, this will be in some electronic format, rather than the more ‘traditional' printed book.

First three paragraphs of the "On Relationship" material from "Kailley's Sayings':
 

Relationship-of all kinds-are now coming to the forefront of your collective consciousnesses. How you relate to each other-at all levels-has undergone a mass change, or as some have called it, an upgrade. These changes or upgrades are not evenly accepted across human consciousness. As such, not everyone is, as you say, "on board" with each other.

At these times, we recommend that you realize that no one can be forced or coerced into accepting these changes. Each soul has its own progression; there is no point in trying to coerce a soul to become something it has no desire for-or sooner than it's ready. When in intimate relationship with another, this can be difficult-in all levels of your being. When you love someone, it's difficult for you to see a gap growing between your loved one and yourself. The natural urge is to reach out and pull them to you, sometimes without asking. If you ask, especially on a soul-level, if that person is ready to take that leap of faith-to "catch up" with you-then, and only then, you may extend your hand, and heart, to the beloved.

You call to you certain experiences, in the form of people and events, which your soul requires for growth. These experiences may not be pleasant, so your tendency is to call that experience "bad" or unwanted.  It is true that in an immediate sense, you would not "consciously" choose...or desire...to bring these kinds of experiences to you; however, it is important for you to understand that they are necessary.  To the extent that you learn the "lesson" of the experience, you will be able to re-process it as "good" and beneficial. To the extent that you resist the lesson of the experience, you will continue to draw to you similar people and events for the growth of your soul in this lifetime.
