Frank has had a meditation practice for over 30 years and has often invited people to sit with him. On occasion he would open himself up to receive verbal guidance and speak it into the silence of the meditation. Shortly after the events of 9/11 he decided to record these and send them out over email in an attempt to share messages of light in a world that suddenly seemed to be even darker than before.

Listen carefully. Love is calling you to herself - all the time.
Meditation is calling you to the present moment - all the time.
Love lives in the present moment.
That's why this moment is your real home.
As often as you can, come back home where love awaits you.
Yes, she will transform you but she accepts you completely as you are.
Whoever knows love is no longer lost. Now the journey is fulfilling your true destiny.
Every event an invitation to open the heart.
Do you know who walks with you? All the members of your soul family.
All your guides and teachers and so many others with whom you are connected in the oneness of unity consciousness.
When you open your heart, the world takes in a breath.
As you share your love, the world takes an out breath.
Inbetween there is silence and peace.
It does not matter whether the world is ready for your love.
It is stronger than any weapon.
Love is everlasting.
Such a blessing that you are currently in incarnation!
Finally there is enough momentum to let go of separation.
