Past Lives, Present Living (03/13/09)

Placing undue focus on what you now call "past lives" leads to confusion and distractions from what you have come here to do. This lifetime is truly the only one you need be concerned with-and you have limited time in form. The physical form may appear to be solid, but as your scientists will now tell you, this is not the case at all. What is true is that the particular form and framework you have chosen to embody is the densest in molecular composition that is possible that will allow for your consciousness to interact in the 3D world.

That said, we highly encourage you to place your focus upon your present living, rather than continuing to process those "other" lives which you call past-and future-ones. Since the veil is as thin now as it has ever been, you have been able to glimpse these "other" lives which you have been involved in; however, we will assure you that just because you can do a thing, does not mean that you should. This is not a directive, merely a recommendation.

Related concepts, such as karma and twin souls/flames, are appropriate to process to the degree that may be necessary to reduce the "charge" which they create in your energybody. It is better for you to release this "negative" charge, rather than have it build up unexpressed. If this takes the form of a "past life reading", that is fine, but it is unnecessary to continue to investigate this phenomenon expansively. To allow the charge to be identified and then released completely, you must not allow it to remain attached to your consciousness. There is a time and place for all things-and to let them pass.

There will be more and more "meetings" with others who carry similar charges which can be identified as "past life" connections. We remind you that this is part of the unification process and that you will encounter these "others" in greater numbers and in greater frequency as you approach the nexus of the Great Change. These rememberings are confirmations of this current time; let them come into your consciousness naturally and then you will find it easier to let them go as well.

You are oneness expressed as individuals. Each of you has come to this point with a purpose greater than any one of you. Welcome this new energy and let it flow through you with gentleness and ease. This is what you have come to the present to do-be present to it and each other.
